Time Trend Analyses

Presented by Robert Gloudemans

Class Summary

Assessors can employ several methods to track price trends and fluctuations in order to determine appropriate time trend factors:  re-sales analysis, value-per-unit-analysis, sales ratio trend analysis, and inclusion of time variables in multiple regression models.  This session will describe and demonstrate these methods using actual market data from Wisconsin and other assessment jurisdictions.
