The City of Janesville Assessor’s Office requests proposals for the completion of a property revaluation, or parts thereof, of taxable real estate parcels within its jurisdiction for the 1 January 2010 Assessment Roll.

Janesville is a free standing community located in southern Wisconsin along I-39/90 midway between Madison, WI and Rockford, IL. Janesville operates under the City Council / City Manager form of government. The current population is 62,720 with an annual growth rate of approximately 1%. Parcel counts associated with the 2007 assessment roll are as follows. The total count increases annually by 300 +/-.
