2010 IAAO Donehoo Essay Award

Peter Weissenfluh and Daniel Furdek from the City of Milwaukee both received the honor for their collaborative effort on “Applying Logic….Billboard Valuations”, which was published in Journal of Property Tax Vol. 7 Issue 1 2010. In addition to the above, Mr. Weissenfluh was also given the award for his work on “Foreclosure Sales….” which was published in IAAO Magazine Vol. 8#3. |
2009 IAAO Distinguished Research and Development Award

Scott presented two different sessions on the topic at this year's IAAO conference. One was "Foreclosures in Cook County and Other Large Jurisdictions" with the Chicago staff. The other presentation was with Bob Gloudemans and Richard Almy entitled, "Foreclosures: Coping with Limited Market Data." Scott also was recently a part of an IAAO webinar on the same topic. He will be presenting on the subject at WAAO's next quarterly meeting in December. |
